Perinatal Therapy
Psychotherapy for pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting
Perinatal therapy encompasses everything from pregnancy through postpartum and early parenting. Whether navigating identity shifts or struggling with depression and anxiety, perinatal therapists are trained to offer therapeutic support with a focus of this very transformative yet often challenging period of time.
Individual therapy sessions at The MaMA Space are 45 minutes in length. The therapeutic relationship begins with a brief assessment period, followed by continued weekly support based on your needs.
